How to manage the error "Form layout with specified 'FormLayoutGuid' already exists"? Issue Description: Error is encountered while creating Form Task Resolution: Try opening the form designer and do a small change like a label change (which can be reverted) Save the form Run the workflow again A unique GUID is generated with each form Update the form will help resolve the error If issue is still not fixed, provide the workflow to UiPath Support for further investigation.
