Create Form Task: Invalid form layout Error code: 2403

Can someone help me in resolving this error code please.
I have created form task and passed arguments in Collection.
These arguments are used in Form to create text field.
When i run the workflow i am getting this error message

This depends on the form layout designed. There could be errors in it.
Most common errors are absence of a button or having invalid HTML element.
Could help if I get the workflow.

I am also having the same issue.
The error says “Unable to render this form due to invalid layout”.

We encounter the same issue since yesterday for a customer. This is the first time since 2 months.
Did you find the reason of this issue and find any solution?

I know this is an old thread but I didn’t find a quick hit when I searched for help on the same question. In my case, I had used a line break ‘’<br>" in the description on a field.

Since it’s more for aesthetics I’m not digging in any further to figure out how to format the description but thought I could at least share that much in case others come across this.
