FlexiCapture 12 confidence score -1

Hello,

I am currently using ABBYY FlexiCapture in UiPath to scrape referral forms, and I am a bit stuck with what the -1 confidence score means. on the Administrator station, the forms are matched to a Document Definition. One is the example document, and the other is the same with an extra page.

When I run the forms through the UiPath FlexiCapture activities, it is returning a confidence score of -1, and saying the document doesn’t need to be validated, but then logs that there were no elements matched. It then doesn’t output any data. See the screenshot below:

Can anyone tell me why this is occurring, and how to stop/fix this?
