Hi Team,
We observed that few of our jobs are getting executed twice from the Orchestrator irrespective of the schedule. May I know the root cause for this? This happening only on one of the Robot where we had two Robots.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Rama_Thota
Check the schedules in Orchestrator and ensure that there are no overlapping schedules for the same process on the problematic robot. Overlapping schedules may cause the same job to be triggered multiple times.
Hi @Rama_Thota
Multiple Triggers or Schedules: Check if there are duplicate triggers or schedules configured for the same job. If multiple triggers are set up, it might cause the job to start multiple times. (Check queue trigger if you are using queue)
Hi @Rama_Thota
in addition to what has already been mentioned
Check the Execution Target in Trigger settings
If it is a trigger based in queue, check this options
We are having the normal time base trigger and no multiple or duplicate triggers were setup. Also these scheduled jobs are running fine from many days and we observed this
behaviour only yesterday.
Is it only one robot selected ?
You can try go to tenant > automations > jobs
Filter the problematic process and take a look in the Source column.
Check who started the job
