Feedback on Automation prioritization

Hi everyone, as I am improving my skillset and enjoying automations, I wanted to see if i can get some feedback: If you work in an organization for which you(or your department) create automations, BOTs, how do you guys decide/prioritize which automation to create first? Is it simply look at the ROI, which automation has the most impact or is it just first come first serve?
Thanks

Let the management fight themselves and then you do what they decide.

@rezart_mersini,

It depends on the goal company trying to achieve with the automation. Mostly the top priority remains ROI.

Compliance and quality improvements are also gets priorities.

We can map the process complexity vs Business benefits and qualify potential automation use cases.

Low hanging fruits which will give maximum business benefits to be prioritized first so that automations can be deployed quickly to benefits from them in maximum.

ROI and Business process improvement which are few major KPI’s which can be evaluated to make a decision. And it totally depends on your Organization and COE goals.
