Failed readiness on Platform Certificates

Hi,

I’m planning on upgrading the orchestrator version from 2021.4.3 to 2022.10, and follow the guides in the documentation below

I tried to run the Platform Configuration Tool, but it threw a failed validation with this exception

I have changed the SSL certificate several times because of expiration and using this link as a guide

I tried to add the ‘Identity’ user using mmc on the cert private key, but the ‘Identity’ user is not found. How to resolve this? Is this exception related to the way I renew the SSL certificate?
