Platform configuration readiness script for Orchestrator upgrade shows error

While performing readiness check using Platform configuration tool to upgrade Orchestrator to version 2023.10.4 we are receiving below error


. Could you please help to sort out the issue or shall we upgrade Orchestrator without considering the error

Certificate is not uploaded…try to upload the certificate for current orchestrator

Which certificate you are mentioning. Already SSL certificate is in place

If you see the error orchestrator ssl is valid but ifentity certificate is not…

This can be ignored as well…buts its ideal to have

As per error one of the required parameter is not found…can you check the script you are runnign what is the command that is failing
