Execute click and drag - Select a region in a image by click and drag

Is there any option to automate the activity shown in the attached file?
I am not trying to clip a region, Instead I am trying to click and drag the mouse to select a region during the activity. I want this activity to automate. If anyone know a way to automate this please guide me.

Welcome to the community

You can use the click activity with specifying the offset and then use click down then use another click with the target offset and then click up …the element would be whole window

Thanks for the suggestion but it wont works as click and drag . I want it as one click and drag as mentioned in the example.
