Excel is getting stuck while using read range using excel application scope

While using excel application scope for read range activity bot is getting stuck for hours and if I try to make any click on excel it goes to excel not responding state.

no it not that huge , its like 1 MB file. It is stuck at opening excel application

Then use read range workbook activity, which generally si faster

also in use excel you can use show excel false and read only turned on
