Excel error - While writing the range

I am getting the following error when I just read the range from excel spreadsheet and tried to copy into another excel sheet using write range activity.

Are you executing any macro, if so this might help

Hi Vinay,

Thank you it works fine.

It was the = symbol in the beginning of the cell that was populating the error.
