Error with extract document data activity

I’m experiencing this error while using Extract document data activity
can someone help on with this

Can you please tell us how to reproduce the issue? Ideally by sharing the workflow (or a simplified version of it) & the document? if you cannot share the workflow, we would need:

  1. steps to reproduce/used activities
  2. project type: windows or portable
  3. used package versions
  4. used document

I have 10 purchase orders in a folder which are 1 or 2 pages each I’m trying to process, and I have found that for around 7 documents its working fine while processing the 8th one its throwing the error msg in output panel and the msg is the one I have mentioned above
-Its a windows project

Same issue for me but I’m reading resumes. Most are two pages.

Can You share snapshot what error you are getting?
Also make sure you have available AI Units in your tenant

Are you getting this Issue in the classification activity ?

My Issue got resolved when I updated the Package “UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.activites” to the latest version (from 2.12.0 to 25.2.1)
