Getting error while trying to use the Extract Document Data activity from Document understanding package

I am getting the above while trying to use the Extract Document Data activity from Document understanding package. Document Understanding package version: 2.3.1-preview
UiPath Studio Version: 2023.10.0

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?

Hello @HiteshJeswani101

  1. Ensure your document structure matches the configured template.
  2. Verify you have a corresponding trained and published Document Understanding model.
  3. Check the activity configuration for model selection and document type.
  4. Preprocess the document correctly, including OCR if needed.
  5. Confirm the document format is supported (PDF, TIFF, etc.).
  6. Update the Document Understanding package to the latest version.
  7. Check your permissions for document access.
  8. Enable detailed logging for debugging.
  9. Test with different documents of the same type.
