Error while uploading nupkg file in studio

I am trying to download a file from Marketplace and upload in my Packages and use it but getting the above error.
Can anyone suggest what to do?

UiPathTeam.ServiceNow packages are at this point only available in Windows legacy, did you upgrade to Windows?
