Error while connecting terminal session with Rocket Blue Zone

During the workflow execution, the mainframe session is not connecting. Below is the error message it throws, please help to get this resolved
“There was an error connecting to terminal. Error code: Error” - System exception

First please remove retry acope and then run the bot in debug mode …then when error occurs try opening the error dwtails from locals panel and then check the error details …that will have more indo like what failed most of the times

Make sure that your terminal emulator is configured correctly. Check the emulator settings to ensure that the terminal type and communication settings match the settings for the mainframe system you are trying to connect to.

  • terminal activities version
  • type of project (Windows or Windows-Legacy)
  • Bluezone version and architecture (x64 or x86)
  • Terminal Session the connection string
