Not able to connect terminal again once it got some exception first time

Helo Experts,

I am working on terminal(micro focus rumba) and it is working fine in first run but I am facing issue when I am trying to connect it second time after getting exception in first run. After getting exception I stopped the bot manually and did some changes in the data and started execution again and this time i am not able to connect it. An to run it again I had to restart the mainframe Any idea why this is happening and what is the solution for this issue
