Error using Find Element or On Element Appear

I have a BOT that is retrieving Data from IBM Notes (Lotus)
After the Download is complete it opens an Information window with an OK button. the time duration for when the window opens is variable depending on how many files and file size. it does not use the Windows file system so I can’t use the Wait for Download activity, I tried the On Element Appear and the Find Element (shown in image below outlined in green) both give me an error when I debug and slow step with highlight elements on the program errors saying the element was not found. but the highlight finds the button many times before the time out. I included screenshots of the Activity (outlined in green) and its properties, the command button element that the selector is finding and the validated selector. the error message I get in the output is outlined in purple. The click activity (outlined in orange) would run after the button is found.

Any ideas on what I have done incorrectly?
