Error: Outlook Mail Message Trigger - The specified folder does not exist

I’m using Outlook Mail Message Trigger, but It said the specified folder does not exist while the folder Inbox in Outlook already exist.

Don’t use send outlook mail?
“Inbox” already in your outlook

Can you try with the folder "hanet@bluecom.vn\Inbox" ?

Also, try to upgrade the UiPath.Mail.Activities package to the latest version supported by your Studio Platform version.

Make sure that your Office version is a supported one:

I upgraded the UiPath.Mail.Activities package to the latest version and try with folder “hanet@bluecom.vn\Inbox”, but it still not work.

What is your Studio version?

I’m using Studio 2023.6.1

Try the Enterprise Studio version 2023.4.4 as there are differences.
