Error Orchestrator v18.3.2 with IIS

Installer(.exe or .msi):

UiPath Orchestrator Setup v18.3.2

Error Massage installing on Windows Server 2014

An error has ocurred while configuring the IIS.

After this message the installation roles back.

Has somebody an idea what to do?

We have the same problem with v18.3.1

It’s the same error with a new Installation and upgrade from 18.1.2

I have the same issue with upgrading from 2018.1.4

Any solution?

Did you figure anything out? Same issue upgrading from 18.1.1 to 18.3.2 or a fresh installation.

Hey had same problem, figured out the problem for me where in the sql db scheme. Try check there

I was not using domainname\username for the app pool user, just the username. It installed after using the domain name. Their docs do not tell you the domain name is needed.
