Scenario:“An unexpected error occured while opening UiPath studio. Unfortunately it needs to be closed.”

Steps to reproduce: While opening UiPath studio

Current Behavior: unable to open free UiPath Studio trial version with 4 weeks left

Expected Behavior: should open properly

Studio/Robot/Orchestrator Version: 8

Last stable behavior: 03/07/2017
Last stable version: 8
OS Version: Windows 8
Others if Relevant: (workflow, logs, .net version, service pack, etc): NA

It’s not working. As this is free trail version for 12 weeks - not providing email id each time, will try to reinstall.

hi even i am also facing same issue could you please let me know how the issue got resolved.

Uninstall and reinstall solved my problem. Of installation is still failing in that case provide different email I’d.

i tried that but facing same problem, i dont know where we have to provide email id. I am tring to run the .exe file and i am getting the error.

• Select UiPath Robot
• Start/Restart the UiPath Services
