The selector that you gave is not valid. Please refine the selector by opening it in ui explorer.

Can you share the selector in the ui explorer and try to re selector element in the website and check it

You need to record your element once again and check the difference in both the selectors. Modify it as required for cross platform usage.

From the first screenshot i can see your parent id is changing so definitely remove it …

And to find a reliable selectors its difficult with screenshot. If you cna provide website we can

Else try selecting some attributes and refresh the page and try to validate and repeat the process till you find something reliable… may be a class .or a pattern of name …

In Uiexplorer you can click on the validate button and choose the validated selector in the TypeInto activity.

Without modification can you share a screenshot of the selector
