When i connect my microsoft 365 account with ui path for automation project it gets an error

Are you using a cooperate account or a personal account?
If you are using cooperate account does it have azure access to Azure active directory?
If yes, can you help me answer below queries:

1. Is this the first time you are getting an error while connecting to your microsoft 365 account ?
2. Are you using modern activity or classic?
3. Is Microsoft Graph permissions (e.g., User.Read , Files.ReadWrite.All , Mail.Read , etc.) have been granted to the UiPath Azure app registration?

The 403 error means your Microsoft 365 account doesn’t have proper permissions to connect with UiPath. This is usually a permissions problem, not a technical issue.

What’s happening is your account isn’t added to the right user groups, or your IT team hasn’t given the necessary permissions to UiPath. You’ll need to talk to your IT admin to fix this.

Can you please check these as well?

Are you using your company email or personal email? If it’s company email, does it have Azure Active Directory access? Also, has your IT team given permissions like User.Read, Mail.Read etc. to UiPath in your Microsoft setup?

Is this happening for the first time, and which UiPath activities are you using - the new ones or old ones? Just check with your IT folks about these permissions and tell me what they say.

If yes, then please note that currently SP integration connector doesn’t work with personal account.

Hey, Even thought some Endpoints are supported with Personal accounts most of the endpoints are not supported by Graph API. By end of May we will come a new Official package which should solve some of these issues or at least make more clear what it works and what it doesn’t for Developers who are using Personal Accounts to create automations.

If yes, please note that this connector doesn’t work with personal accounts as of now.

typically means that UiPath is not authorized to access your Microsoft 365 account . This is usually due to missing permissions or misconfigured Azure AD settings .
