403 (Forbidden) error while connect personal outlook account with Integration Services (Connect to Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint )

Hi All,

I am trying to connect my personal Outlook account using Connect to Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint for the Integration services in Orchestrator. I always get a 403 (Forbidden) error in return as if the integration didn’t happen.

I tried checking my Microsoft account on Graph Explorer, and my account seems to be fine there.

So why is my account not integrating the same? Is there a change in the APIs, or do we some other options for the same?

Let me know the solution.

Hi @taruna.mehra

Please refer below thread on similar discussion. For connection to integration service connector, UiPath needs to have access to the scopes defined in the thread for same however personal accounts don’t have SharePoint read/write permissions enabled for personal accounts which is why you are not able to connect using personal account.
