Error 403 Microsoft 305

We are getting following error with process that uses Microsoft 365 activity
Activity works on StudioX but getting this error on assistant when trying to run it

Http failure response for h ttps://cloud.UiPath.com/xxxx/Development/connections_/api/v1/Connectors: 403 OK

Hi @adext01,

It seems that the robot account running the process does not have permission to access the Microsoft 365 connection.

Are you trying to run it in Unattended mode or in a different environment/folder?

no it’s attended mode through UiPath assistant and the same email has rights

Make sure that the robot that is connected and/or signed in on UiPath Assistant to Orchestrator has these roles assigned:

  • Automation User at the folder level where the connection exists
  • Allow to be Automation User role at the tenant level

If it still fails → more probably an internal firewall/proxy is blocking the request to go through.
