In the properties panel of Get Outlook Mail Messages under Mail Folder “Inbox”(i should be capital). Try changing that. Hope it works.

For example: “Kate.Ketsirin@outlook.co.th\inbox”

Yes if that is the display name then yes try using like that
Alternately try populating the account field and check
Does your outlook has Inbox folder or is it named something else?

Not required. Try deleting and reinitializing the activity. Because when you drag that activity some properties are given by default. Try checking the filter condition too. Hope it will helps.

@Anil_G Yes, my Outlook email has many inbox folders. I tried creating a new inbox folder and add to the Mail Folder in the Studio, but it didn’t work.
Another assumption, my inbox name is in another language instead of English. Do you think it could be a reason why it has this error?

The name you give should exactly match with the name in the outlook profile…if its in different language then use it in the same way here as well
Or try creating one folder with inbox exactly and check
