Hi @raghukram,
Not sure if you’re using the 2019.10 version, and if you’re using the Cloud version you have to restart the robot machine.
Please check this out: UI path update 2019.1.0 causing robot connection issue "Task canceled" - #2 by loginerror
Also make sure the firewall is not blocking the connection and the port is open.
