Connecting my Robot to Orchestrator

I am trying to connect a robot to Orchestrator.
I have defined in Orchestrator my machine and the robot. In the machine, I put the
When I try to connect, I put the URL of Orchestrator UiPath Orchestrator and the machine key copied from the machine entry in Orchestrator, it stays stuck for several seconds, then I get error “A task was canceled”. If I ask for details, this is what I get:

No, the problem is still there.
The service.is not present in the list, whether or not I run “services” as administrator.
I closed the tray robot, deleted machine and robot from Orchestrator, restarted Windows, recreated machine and robot, still I get the same error.
The user is the same that Windows reports as “whoami”: DESKTOP-XXXXXXX\user
The robot is of type “Unattended”

Try to do all steps again with type choosing as studio instead of unattended

Before doing the steps again, I just changed the robot from Unattended to Studio; it worked.
