Enable troubleshooting session in automation cloud via api request?

is it possible to enable troubleshooting session in automation cloud via api request?

I couldn’t find any api request in swagger

You mean the recording ? If so it can be done via create release api

Or do you mean the remote control access? If so you can do it using start job api

Hi, Please help with following, Unattended Sessions no longer appears within Robots, so I can’t find Configure Troubleshooting Session. How can I put Enabled - Troubleshooting? API GET Robots

I am sending a request to get all robots for a given tenant along with the OU/Folder ID. The folder ID is a required header for this API which I don’t understand as robots are created at the tenant level. Hi @MickQ @kajman Thanks for reaching out to UiPath forum. As part of the improvements to Orchestrator in 2022.4 version, the unattended session and user session pages (originally on tenant > robots) has been moved to the “Monitoring” page. i.e. tenants > monitoring > filter unattended sessions > session > vertical ellipsis > configure troubleshooting session. The orchestrator updates and release notes can be found in the following documentations - [image]
