I am trying to set a user up with permissions to enable trouble shooting sessions on a machine. However, when they do this, they get a pop up that says “You are not authorized! (#0)”. I assume I need to set a role for this user. What roles and permissions do I need in order for them to set troubleshooting sessions on their own without giving them too much access.
Hi @marcus.coates12,
Troubleshooting session can only be enabled by someone with administrator privileges in orchestrator.
Please see below for more info:
Hope this helps.

Hi @marcus.coates12,
Even though it’s mentioned that only administrators can enable troubleshooting sessions, I have also found below in one of the UiPath documentations so you can try to create role with robots-edit permission and few other surrounding permissions to see if that works for you.
Also attaching the link below:
Please note: this might mean you would end up creating a role similar to administrator role itself but if you would like you can give it a try.

First thing the user needs to have licnese as well as we need to signin with interqctive signin rather than usign machine key
Cheers
