Hello @BNK
You need to assign the license in the orchestrator before to the connection. Then try to connect to orchestrator from assistant.
Thanks
Hi @BNK ,
Could you please hover your mouse on the status message your getting on the assistant it would show you what is the exact error your facing on unable to retrieve license. Please share that error to proceed further on this issue. Thanks
Are you trying to connect automation cloud enterprise trail. Please confirm.
Regards,
Kirankumar.
There’s a big chance the issue is the same as what I’ve answered here;
I have suggested the improvement to error messages on the below link;
I am using Enterprise trial version
Login to your orchestrator as admin
Then if you have previously connected any machines…delete them and create new ones…
There is an old machine that is linked I believe
Cheers
If you have migrated ffrom classic to modern please check your classic folders as well
And please do verify that the robits are linked and license is provided
Cheers
Are you using a machine template or standard?
It looks to me like you may be using a standard machine; I’d recommend setting up a machine template and using this instead if this is the case.
Try to Sign out in UiPath Assistant. It may be that for your robots, you didn’t enforce the Interactive Sign-in (User license management feature).
The Interactive Sign-in feature can be checked in the Orchestrator → Tenant → Settings → Robot security.
In the below example, the Interactive Sign-in is enforced.
