Edge Extension does not work

We have a problem with our edge extension. We tried to install und uninstall it several times but the extension does not work. It is not possible to select any field in the browser but only the whole browser window. Could anybody help us?

Do you get any specific errors?
The Extension is enabled?

On any sites you have the same behavior?
The same site that you tried in Edge, it is working on Chrome?
