Dropdown with dynamic List and Preselected Value

Hi All,

I have a problem with Forms. I would like to create a Form which the User can check and modify in Action Center, in Orchestrator. I use Create Form Task Activity

I have multiple dropdown fields, and the possible options for these dropdowns will be managed outside of Studio, and sent to the Form as a Collection.

My problem is, that I would like to also set dynamically a chosen value from these dropdowns as well.

My current solution is that I create the dropdown items in Form Designer and push a String variable to the Field, which is also an option in the Dropdown. But since I am going to have larger Dropdowns with a lot more possible options which also change from time to time, fixing the values in the Form Designer is not optimal.

Does someone have a solution for this?

Thank you in advance!
