Drop down menu in Citrix

I have an issue with regard to getting the text in a drop-down menu. When the menu drops down (after click activity), and when i then use the “get OCR text” the menu disappears making it unable to read the text. I would like to read all the rows in the drop down menu and then select the appropriate value. The read “Native” is the only option that works. The items in the drop-down are unable to be extracted using data scraping, and the selectors are also poor. Anyone has any idea please?
