Download issue on diploma and badges

I’ve completed Ui path RPA developer advanced (V2020.10) but I’m facing a problem to download my diploma of completion and my badge,
So please respond quickly to my issue

What error are you facing?

Can you try the Email option? Also, try to check the email you use on registration at the Academy. Thanks.
