Does UiPath Chrome extension need to be installed for Elastic Robot Orchestration?

Hi Team,

Was doing a POC for Elastic Robot Orchestration. But I have one question, in my process will be using Chrome, whether I need to install the UiPath extension for chrome or it will manage by default.

Yes, You need to install the Uipath extension for chrome

Yeah, you don’t need to install the UiPath software i.e., the Robot installation, but they are saying still we need to install any supporting software i.e., plugins required for Google Chrome

Got it, I have installed the UiPath extension but still its throw’s me an error. Am using Enterprise Trail unattended bot. Do we need to enable any settings in Orchestrator level.

Thanks for your update.

Was trying to use the Elastic Robot Orchestration , for this I have activated Enterprise trail version with 2 unattended bots. But, only 1 bot its acting as unattended another one is acting as Attended bot.

Please advise.

Can you confirm you have installed it by going to below screen in studio?

Also, when plugin is enabled, you need to open chrome once, it shows you a pop up where you need on click on enable there as well.
