Does we have to pay anything extra for using CV in enterprise studio version?

I cant see anything on the right side while installing.
(In latest version, i can get the API key from Orchestrator)

API key is only required when connecting to the UiPath Cloud platform only.

That is avilable for latest version of orchestrator.
if i am using the 2018 version orchestrator, than were can i get the API?

When you connect uipath plaform, you can find it in services/license tab
