in Document Manager I’m unable to see the existing batches I have created earlier & uploaded the documents into it, upload opening document manager the option next to Export button which show up the document name or the message it not loading up continuously trying to load can any one please help me to check the issue, I have attached the screenshot below, highlighted one next to export
There is no a dropdown for batches when you select the batches it will show the documents which are imported in Document Manager.

yes I’m aware of that but that drop down says no result found, batches are not available in that DD to select because you can see in screenshot next to Export button something is still loading up where we can see document name
I think this is the issue either from UiPath side or issue with your internet bandwidth. If you are properly connected with UiPath cloud AIC center and you can see all the menus properly then It will definitely show the various batches of datasets which you created with there proper classification i.e. Training, Evaluation, Labelled, Un labelled etc. So, Please check and issue the ticket.
