Developer and Unattended in same machine with windows server

Hi everyone,

I have a machine with windows server installed. We got 2 user sessions. I want to use one of them for run unattended process under unattended licence, and the another session for developing processes with a developer license.

Is it possible? How can I go with this configuration?

You can do it. Unattended license is running license. Which means it counts only running robots.

On assistant, go to preferences and orchestrator settings.

Connect with unattended robot first using machine key or client Id.

And then sign in with your developer account.

@Gustavo_Ogueda_Reyes

Create a machine in orchestrator and link unattended license to it and get the machine key and secret and connect it

Next create a user and give robot role and then create another user and give automation developer role

Login to machine using developer role and sign in using service url option in assistant

Cheers

@Gustavo_Ogueda_Reyes ,

If the normal option suggest by Anil don’t work, you will have to setup high density on your server.

Here is how to set it up

Hi @Gustavo_Ogueda_Reyes

Yes, connect the unattended robot using a machine key or client ID in UiPath Assistant. Create a developer user in Orchestrator and assign the Automation Developer role. Link the unattended license to the correct user session in Orchestrator.
configure high-density robots in orchestrator.

Happy Automation
