Desktop disconnectivity while performing UI actions

I am facing this error ‘Desktop disconnectivity while performing UI actions’ only when the bot is executed from orchestrator. I am using macros to split data in excel file. The exception mostly occurs when the macro execution starts. At times the bot is executed successfully. I am not sure about the root cause of this issue.

Is there any replacement for the ‘Launch Workflow Interactive’ activity?
