Deployment error from devops to orchestrator

As per error the build agen is not able to connect to orchestrator…did you check the service connection you provided are the details correct

in the service connection I have URL:https://cloud.uipath.com/
app id, app secret, and app scope created in the orchestrator. Also add the tenant as indicated in the UiPath devops guides.

Ideally the url shpuld be your orchestrator url…can you please try the same

what would be my orchestrator link? Where could I find the recommended link for the service connection?

Open your orchestrator…and the link you see in the url field is the link you need to copy

Eg: https://cloud.uipath.com……/_Orchestrator/

I just did the test with the link of the orchestrator as you said but it continues the same problem from the start.

To confirm is your service connection successful?

And is there any certificate that you are using in orchestrator?

And the tenant details you provided are proper

The tenant is correct, with respect to the service connection I don’t know where I could confirm if it is successful, on the command screen it says this Failed to run the command. Could not connect to Cloud Orchestrator; I also don’t understand what you mean by the certificate in the orchestrator, I am new at this.

Can you please show your service connection parameters

And I hope you did not give any wrong app id or secret etc

Account name needs to be provided…if you see the comment below…for cloud orchestrator it is mandatory

You can get it from api access page in your admin page …services

add the account name and the error changed a bit: System.InvalidOperationException: Microsoft.Rest.HttpOperationException: Operation returned an invalid status code NotFound

thank you very much for your help. using https://cloud.uipath.com/ and adding the account name this works.
