I think that application is client’s original one, made by old .NET language (like VB6?). So that’s why some parts can’t be compatible with some UiPath functions.(I am still starter of programmers…Sorry if I say something wrong)
No worries, I’ve seen that the old data tables from Windows Applications are difficult to scrape from and they get selected as one big block instead of rows and columns. May be you can try to scrape the whole window and parse the string if required.

I will try setting the same again. Recently only orange blocks appear even other scraping functions. But it may be fixed depending on connection.
My team fellows said why this so “classic” application is still used, hahaha
