CV Scope parameters

Hi Team,

I am using an on premises orchestrator and trying to pass the following parameters in cv scope.

I wanted to know how can I pass the local machine address in place of :
[MACHINE_URL]:[PORT] in the above screenshot.

can some one help me on this.
