Customer portal "Go back" link doesn't do anything when accessing it from an email

When opening a support ticket, you get an email confirmation.

The email contains a link to see and update the case from Customer Portal. When you click on there, it takes you to the ticket. There’s the “< Go back” link that is supposed to take you to the list of open cases… but it does nothing when getting there from the email link. It only works if you came from the Customer Portal index.
