Today i saw a great chance to create a Robot that can save me a lot of time. I’m curently working on a Clothing Brand (but not as a RPA Developer) and some of the things i do is creating Invoices based on a template, and sending this invoices to the costumers.
So i had the idea to automate all this work. But im still not sure which program should i use for the invoices so is easy for the robot to manipulate the inputs and etc.
Also i need the robot to be able to understand that some Invoices might have 1 product as they might also have 5 products, and all the invoice has to be fill in one automation.
The information that the robot is manipulating is stuff like: Date, Name, Invoice Number, Product, Price, Total Price of the product, Total price of the invoice, etc.
This is the basic of the Robot i need, my main issue is that i use Canva to populate this information on a pre-defined template i made in another program. But Canva does not seems friendly to interact with the robot. It might have a chance to work, but im thinking there is an easier way to do it.
