Create SharePoint Folder

Hello,

I want to use the UipathTeam.SharePoint.Activitys package to create a folder.

Im getting the following error:
Create folder: List ‘Shared Documents/xxxx/xxxx’ does not exist at site with URL ‘https://xxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/xxxx’.

Create Folder Details:
Liberty name = Shared Documents/xxxx/xxxx
item Url = “Test Folder”

The “Get children names” and “upload file” activity seems to work just fine

Thanks for the help

I am also getting same error. upload activity working fine.
did you find any solution

I never found anything, But I believe I was getting this error as I didn’t have full access to the SharePoint, I only had access to certain folders. Sorry I cant be of more help :frowning:

thanks for the reply. so how did you manage this folder creation part.
frontend automation or sync option in sharepoint

With my process, all i needed to do was create a folder for each day of the year and then save something in that folder, I instead create a small script using python that would create this folder structure on my local machine for the whole year. I then just copped the folders to SharePoint. Not ideal but it was fine for me!

@Cody_Barber I found the correct input parameter and i am able to create folder.

root url: https://xxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/xxxx’.

Create Folder Details:
Library name = Documents
item Url = “xxxx/xxxx/Test Folder”

Actual library name is “Document” instead of shared document
item url - relative path including new folder name.
