Could not run a job

Hi,
while I am trying to run a job in orchestrator it is coming like: “Your Remote Desktop Services Session has ended”
It got disconnecting. Please help.

anyone has any idea about the possible reasons of this issue???

Did you checked if another user is logged into remote machine?
Check if you can login manually into the remote machine. If that works, try again running job from orchestrator.

@shivnagsudhakar and @manjusha I checked that you have already faced the same issue. Could you please suggest any way how Can I get rid of the issue.
@shivnagsudhakar you suggested that proper log off the remote desktop resolved the issue. Could you please clarify.

Which orchestrator URL are you using. You can try with other orchestrator URL like demo.uipath.com or https://lts-platform.uipath.com/ or platform.uipath.com. Then try to connect.

no…no one is logging at that time…actually the process is also running successfully but as the remote desktop is disconnecting I am not able to check.

I changed the LoginToConsole to “false” in uipath.settings file. This resolved the issue for me. Can you please check if your uipath.settings file has this property set to true or false? You can find this file in the %ProgramData%\UiPath folder
