Could not open target application

I cant run any processes that use “use Browser”, after the chrome tab opens the flow does not continue.
I ran the same automation several successful times last week and suddenly it doesent work. (There were no changes to the os or chrome)

Is the chrome extension disabled by any chance?

Can you please reinstall if it is already present

I made sure that the extension is enabled and also reinstalled it, still nothing.
I tried it on a second pc and the same thing happens

Or any sample file which include use browser as you say no process is working

The extension being disabled (or not installed) causes a different error (could not communicate with browser). Just opening the browser doesn’t have anything to do with the extension.

“Could not open target application.” is the error.
Tho i don’t understand how it doesn’t work out of nowhere on two separate devices.

Is the chrome path changed?

Can you show your use browser properties please

The url did not change (tho i still tried ann copied the url again from the page)

  1. Are you trying on studioweb?
  2. Was it incognito always?
  3. In the selector please remove html windows and also in title…remove evrythingafter pipe (|) and place a star

Can you just check by opening chrome

  1. Click on the 3 Dots
  2. Click on Extensions–> Manage Extensions
  3. Check whether the below option is Enabled if not please Enable and check

Checked, everything is on (also “allow in incognito” is on )

They aren’t asking about the URL. They’re asking about the location where Chrome is installed.
