Today I have finished each one of the different pieces of my project and I would like to put the whole on the same workflow witout using the invoke workflow activity (my goal by doing this is to modify sequences without opening the other projects and uploading the new workflow …

Have you tried using clicking on the sequence or flowchart and tried by using Ctrl+C and paste it to new workflow

You can select the activities by ctrl + click, so that it will select all the required activities, then copy them and paste to the required work flow
it worked by doing ctrl+C and then paste with mouse, thank you all !
