Connected to Orchestrator. Unable to retrieve a license (please contact your IT department) -after downloading latest version

Hi All,
I am getting “Connected to Orchestrator. Unable to retrieve a license (please contact your IT department)” error while trying to connect in orchestrator. Please help me to resolve the issue. I had tried multiple ways .

I had allocated unattended and attended robos properly on the tenant.

You need to allocate license to the Tenant, then need to assign the license. You can check the below video for better understanding.

i had allocated license to the tenant , still having same error.

Go to Orchestrator->Tenant->License and check license is properly allocated there.

Try to use the Sign in button in case you enforced the Interactive sign in.
