Could you confirm you have done the correct procedure for the license activation. Else you can watch the below video. Usually there wont be any error if have the internet access.

yes, i have done all the steps correctly and it was working well few weeks ago, but suddenly this happened. i don’t know why.

still i will see the above video, let’s see if i could find something from it.

Can you check if the licenses are correctly assigned?

Can you share the screenshot of the license page and click on see more to see which users / machines are assigned?

Are you trying from the same user or from Administrator of that machine?

Also share a screenshot of Uipath Assistant, highlight the error message

no, i didn’t get solution for my issue yet, and not getting enough support from community as well.
