Connected to Orchestrator. Unable to retrieve a license

Hello Community,

I’m facing the issue for unable to retrieve a license from the cloud but somehow my assistant is connected from the cloud, And I found that I’m unable to see my all Attended, unattended, testing etc.

Open license allocation to tenants tab and try assigning the license there?

By any chance did you migrate from classic to modern folder structure?
